Black olive pesto

Ingredients

  • 170g jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • garlic clove
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Process all ingredients in a food processor until a coarse paste forms, stopping to scrape down sides.
Preparation 10 min. Stir Black Olive Pesto into pasta or serve as an appetizer with pita chips.

Makes 3/4 cup
